implement multilanguage
new improved clients list page
update history and statistics in the "about" page
add "Some things you need to know" page
add "Support Bitcoin" page
add a contextual presentation for each category of users (individuals, organizations, developers and enthusiasts)
add a short and concise "how it works" page
add a "vocabulary" page for Bitcoin technical words definitions

Added <meta name="robots" content="noodp"> so the Google description for the Bitcoin.org result is taken directly from the page instead of using outdated ODP data.

49dfb4beb6 Update copyright dates in the footer, add a summary to the top of feb20. 
Per prior discussion in #bitcoin-dev, give the feb20 a tldr message
at the top. Also add a world clock link.
