<h2 id="own">誰擁有 bitcoin.org？</h2>
|
||
<p>Bitcoin.org 是第一個 Bitcoin 所使用的原始網域名稱，它由 <a href="/zh_TW/development">Bitcoin core 開發人員</a>與其他的社群成員所註冊，現在仍由他們管理，<a href="/zh_TW/community">Bitcoin 社群</a>對它亦有投入。 Bitcoin.org 並非一個官方網站。就像沒人擁有 Email 技術一樣，也沒有人擁有 Bitcoin 網路。因此，沒有人可以用 Bitcoin 官方代表的身份來發言。</p>

<h2 id="control">那麼……誰掌控 Bitcoin？</h2>
|
||
<p>Bitcoin 由全球所有 Bitcoin 使用者所掌控。開發人員會讓軟體功能更完善，但無法強迫 Bitcoin 協議接受一個改動，因為所有使用者都可以自由選擇他們想使用的軟體。使用者必須使用具備同樣的規則的軟體，才能彼此相容。Bitcoin 只能在所有使用者具備共識的基礎之上才能適當運作。因此，所有使用者與開發人員便有強烈的動機來維護這樣的共識。</p>
