+The purpose of the DASH DAO is to promote, protect and standardize DASH. In the course of our mission, we have received inquiries into how some aspects of DASH are treated under United States law. +FIAT - DASH Compliance / ATM Compliance
+An aspect that required legal research is what are the compliance requirements to facilitate Dash FIAT exchange. This can be in the form of running ATM kiosks or using other mechanisms to personally offer DASH to FIAT exchange services.
+For this purpose we hired Cogent Law who have a lot of experience working in compliance for digital money services. They have put together a compliance program that will be shared with anyone launching a Dash service if they require it. This includes:
+A finCEN BSA compliant written Principal MSB/KYC AML Program designed to prevent the Principal MSB from being used to facilitate money laundering and the financing of terrorist activities
+A comprehensive risk based assessment by a third party compliance consultant expert
+
+Our lawyer for this project is Adella Toulon-Foerster who has extensive experience in this field including:
+Banking Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations
+FinCEN requirements and guidance
+Written and on-going AML compliance programs
+State-by-state money transmitter laws and licensure requirements

+European based cryptocurrency broker BitPanda informed that this month they’ve added Dash to the brokerage.
+
+Due to regulations, only EU citizens are reserved for buying Dash using the exchange. Though, everyone regardless of their location can still sell Dash to BitPanda.
+
+BitPanda users will be able to buy Dash instantly by way of Visa, Mastercard, Sofort, SEPA, Neteller, Skrill and EPS/Giropay.
+
+The BitPanda team informed in [February that updates would be on the way](https://www.cryptoninjas.net/2017/02/23/eu-bitcoin-broker-bitpanda-moves-into-new-offices-and-expands-team/), and said more features will be unveiled in the following weeks and months.

+Just announced by hardware wallet KeepKey is the release of Dash into production [from beta, which was announced back in February](https://www.cryptoninjas.net/2017/02/02/dash-now-available-cryptocurrency-wallet-platform-keepkey/). This means Dash is now officially available as a general release to all users in the KeepKey app.
+
+Not only will KeepKey users be able to secure their Dash, they can also take full advantage of the built-in ShapeShift functionality to exchange coins using the app. The platform offers multi-functionality whether using KeepKey to store Dash or as a platform to swap Dash with other assets.
+
+Dash joins a growing list of cryptocurrency offerings on KeepKey, including bitcoin, litecoin, dogecoin, and ethereum. With this release, all users can now trade 20 unique currency pairs within the KeepKey app.

+The KeepKey team said:

+“We’d like to thank those of you who participated in the Dash beta release. Your feedback was instrumental in the final stages of development, resulting in the seamless integration that our users have come to expect. This Dash implementation is no exception.
