* Remove style-guide from i18n builds
* Remove uncategorized from CN blog posts.
* Team images and alt attributes.
* Fixing language linkage
* Ignore missing or empty alt tags

* New url with site.lang included.

Update: Refactor hero files. ( #11 )

- Removed the duplicate hero files that were located in the _i18n
directory and moved them into the _includes.
- Changed the hero image to a variable.
- New hero images.
