--- title: Spanish Style Rice description: One-pan restaurant style spanish rice date: 2025-05-05 --- ## Ingredients - 3 Tbsp neutral oil - 2 cups long grain white rice - 4 cups water - 8 oz tomato sauce - 2 Tbsp chicken or vegetable bouillon powder - 1.5 cups water ## Instructions 1. Add oil to a large frying pan over medium-high heat. 2. Add uncooked rice, stirring continually until rice is toasted. 3. Stir in 4 cups water, tomato sauce, and bouillon. 4. Return to boil and leave uncovered **10 minutes**. 5. Stir in 1.5 cups water and return to a boil. 6. Reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer **10 minutes**. 7.
